Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after returned items are inspected.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
